The federation for Catechesis with Hispanics is offering a free webinar on New Movements Empowered by the Holy Spirit on April 27, 2016 10:00 AM ET in English and at 12 noon ET in Spanish.

Photo-Andres-Arango-768x843The online webinar is presented by Andrés Arango, MTS  Bishop’s Delegate for Hispanic Ministry and Director of Evangelization for the Diocese of Camden, New Jersey. Currently, he is the President of the National Hispanic Catholic Charismatic Renewal Executive Committee and Vice-president of the Latin-American Catholic Charismatic Committee (CONCCLAT). Andrés also serves as a consultant to the Subcommittee on Hispanics Affairs of the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB) and Councilor Member of the International Catholic Charismatic Renewal Services based in the Vatican. Andrés has a Master of Theological Studies from the Franciscan School of Theology (Berkeley, California). He has been the keynote speaker for many conferences at the national and international level.

 

The webinar will focus us on how organizations, programs and pastoral projects have been developed to answer the call to the New evangelization.  It will analyze how new ecclesial movements, led by the Holy Spirit, particularly within the Hispanic community in the United States, are playing a vital role in attracting more people to have a personal relationship with Jesus, resume their spiritual path, and be committed to sharing their testimony of faith with others.
