July 1, 2015

Dear members and friends,

The Federation for Catechesis with Hispanics celebrated its second birthday with the launching of its Website www.fchcatechesis.org and the first FCH newsletter on April 1, 2015. Many great and exciting things have happened this year to help FCH become stronger in its main focus, which is to minister to diocesan and parish catechetical leaders who minister in catechesis with Hispanics, regardless if they speak Spanish or not, or are not Hispanic.

During this past year, we’ve experienced extraordinary growth and change, thanks largely to our continued commitment to teamwork, technology-focused, developing guidelines, finding resources and implementing a five year strategic plan, placing the trust and benefit of our members above all else. We’ve successfully reached key milestones, doubling our funding, increasing outreach, developing initiatives, and strengthening our position as the federation with the specific goal to serve those in the ministry of catechesis with Hispanics.

As I prepared this annual report, I foresee that the upcoming years will be exciting and fruitful as we continue to broaden our ministry efforts, and move forward to expand our membership and benefits. We have set increasingly ambitious goals for ourselves, but we have an intense vision that drives our efforts in finding resources to achieve them. We have the knowledge, experience and expertise to continue to broaden the scope of our mission.

The FCH leadership team thanks you for your continued support and collaboration. We ask for your prayers as we begin this third year of ministry as the Federation for Catechesis with Hispanics.

Con especial cariño y agradecimiento,
