The next few days I will be reporting from the National Convocation of Emerging Catholic Leadership in U.S. Hispanic Ministry, hosted by Boston College and held at the Connors Family Retreat and Conference Center in Dover, MA which is operated by Boston College. The convocation will be facilitated by Dr. Hosffman Ospino from Boston College, Fr. Allan Figueroa-Deck from Loyola Marymount University and Dr. Timothy Matovina from the University of Notre Dame. A total of 35 participants have been invited representing organizations and ministries throughout the United States. I am excited to represent our website and offer an overview about our contribution to U.S. Hispanic Ministry. I also look forward to hearing about the many projects and endeavors of those who are invited. It is also wonderful to know that 4 contributors from our site will be present to highlight their work. It will be the first time I meet some of them in person as we know each other through our electronic communications.
During the next three days I will be posting updates about our gathering via our Facebook Page and on Twitter. Make sure to follow us to get the latest updates! I also hope to network and build and diversify our contributor list. Blessings to you all from the East Coast.
